Proposals & quotes
Prices on this website are indicative starting points in USD. EUR and GBP amounts are converted at approximate fixed rates for guidance only. Each project is governed by a written proposal with a fixed price and scope.
Payments
Projects are typically invoiced in three milestones: kickoff, design approval and launch, unless agreed otherwise.
Intellectual property
On final payment, all project deliverables and source code are transferred to the client, excluding third-party licences and our pre-existing tools.
Warranty & support
We fix defects reported within the post-launch support period included in your package at no extra cost.
Liability
Makemont is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
